​3A Plus is a program produced by Highland Education LLC, the program is for International student who study at the United States.

We are going to be the guardian of the students who study here as foreign students. Since their parents might in another country, and school cannot help them with issues and problems outside of the campus. We want to help them, and guide them, giving them a happy experience of studying here at the United States.
